Abstract


Energy issues in the context of economic globalization, the impact on the global economy has become increasingly prominent. Currently, the shortage of China's oil and natural gas resources, the coal industry is a pillar of the national energy strategy, in which 76 percent of the electricity and fuel, 70% of the energy of the steel, 80% of the civilian fuel chemical fuel 60% from coal: Experts predict coal such an irreplaceable position will not change in the next five years. How to do a good job in the coal industry, the coal industry is healthy and stable sustainable development is a priority. This will be coal listed companies as the background, the application of empirical research methods, internationally recognized as the sustainable growth rate theory to try to kind of listed companies and a reference standard, the pace of development through the sustainable growth rate, with coal class the actual growth rate of the company compared to determine the development status and may encounter financial problems, and for further analysis, trying to make recommendations for the improvement of the financial management of coal listed companies. This article consists of four parts: The first chapter introduces the legislation questions based on the significance of research for sustainable growth as well as the lack of domestic, foreign theorists research, based on analysis presented previous studies place and leads the direction and method of this study. The second chapter is financially sustainable growth theory and its influencing factors. First explain financial concepts and theories of sustainable growth, then leads the foreign representative viewpoint on sustainable growth theory: a theoretical model of Higgins and Van Horn, and comparative analysis of the two with a simple data. The three motives analysis of the internal and external factors and the modern enterprise corporate finance sustainable growth sustainable growth. This paper studies the third chapter leads the industry - coal listed companies. First introduced the development of the coal industry, coal listed companies SWOT analysis from different perspectives. Sample of the type of coal listed companies then use the sustainable growth model, the sample used in the financial model, the application of the empirical results of the study, the actual growth rate is greater than the sustainable growth rate of the coal class enterprise and analysis of this study results. The fourth chapter focuses on the sustainable growth of coal listed companies management. The sustainable growth rate for enterprise development to provide a reference standard, but in reality, the actual growth rate is always inconsistent with the sustainable growth rate, then take what financial strategies for sustainable growth of the enterprise management to seeking to the growth balance will become very important, this chapter tries to put forward suggestions.
