Abstract


With the implementation of China 's reform and opening up policy , domestic private enterprises has been rapid development of Zhejiang of Tong Kun Chemical Fiber Group , after twenty years of rapid growth , from the scale in terms of polyester in China's chemical fiber industry leadership position , and enterprises in the future, how stronger, so deep , encountered a bottleneck for further development to do fine . Development of enterprises currently experiencing major problems and contradictions : Polyester conventional varieties has entered a mature stage of the product life cycle , product significantly oversupply . This paper uses the tools of competition theory analysis of corporate external environment 's condition , and to explore the proposed concept of competitive strategy and implementation for Tong Kun Group , hope the development of the enterprise and the entire Chinese mainland polyester chemical fiber industry has a certain reference value . This article includes : Introduction , Chapter Summary of polyester fiber industry background , the second chapter five forces analysis , SWOT analysis of the third chapter of the company's Chapter Five critical success factors analysis , Chapter companies competitive strategy , Chapter VII competition the implementation of the strategy , and finally summarize and conclude the full text . In this paper, using theoretical methods Michael Porter 's theory of competitive strategy , SWOT analysis , product life cycle theory .
