Abstract

Many atoms interacting with a single cavity mode, the Taynes-Cummings model, is one of the most interesting problems in Quantum Optics. With the course of atoms interacting with field and atom interacting with atom ,the state of atom and field will change with time. Many research indicated that the nonclassical feature of atom and optical field is consanguineous contacted with the initial state of atom and field, and the cavity mode. The nonclassical effects of field such as squeezing effect and antibunching are affected by the initial states of system and the cavity mode. In a system that is composed by several subsystems, the entanglement of subsystems is a important feature of the system, the quantum entanglement is a important wealth for the project of quantum information. The entanglement swapping and transfer are very important for quantum cryptographic, key distribution, quantum teleportation , quantum computer and quantum information. It will weigh heavily in the research of quantum information if we can control the entanglement of atom, in this paper, we analyze the entanglement of two atoms in a cavity, we investigate the effect of the atomic motion, atomic state and initially state of the radiation field on the entanglement of atoms. We found the evolvement of entanglement will be orderly if we consider the field mode structure and the atomic motion, the period of entanglement lie on the velocity of atoms, the extent of entanglement can be modified by the field initial states. So we can manipulate the period of entanglement by changing the atomic motion.
