Abstract


Ecological security is a major issue of relationship between the survival and development of human society. At the global, regional ecological security situation is grim, the ecological destruction of the local area has been a serious threat to the sustainable socio-economic development, especially its contradictions lead to ecological security issues, ecological security has become the key to enhance regional competitiveness. Ecological security evaluation as the basis and premise of ecological security research, is becoming one of the hot research field concern. The paper on the basis of absorbing domestic and foreign research results, a thorough and systematic study of the theory and application of comprehensive evaluation of regional ecological security. (1) set forth the theory of ecological security background, analyzes and summarizes the research progress on ecological security at home and abroad, and explains the significance of research and research framework of this article. (2) analysis of the concept of ecological security and basic characteristics, proposed the concept of ecological security evaluation and explore the connotation of ecological security assessment and theoretical basis. Proposed the concept of ecological security evaluation system from the perspective of system engineering, including the five elements of the evaluation of the main evaluation object and purpose of the evaluation, evaluation criteria and evaluation methods. Ecological security evaluation through the study of the theoretical system, from theoretical research to practical application to provide a theoretical basis for the country as soon as possible the introduction of ecological security evaluation specifications provide a reference. (3) based on the analysis and take full account of the economic and social development of the ecological state of the environment, Bao'an District, Shenzhen, the use of improved PSR model building Bao'an District, ecological security assessment index system, summarizes the determination method of regional ecological security assessment unit, the original data collection methods and data processing methods, using AHP and entropy weight combined complex mathematical model to determine the index weight, from the time scale (2000 to 2005), Bao'an District, ecological safety quantitatively assess and dynamic trends. The results show that, Bao'an District, ecological security index increase from 2000 of 0.5950 to 0.6733 in 2005, showed an increasing trend in the overall level of ecological safety, but the existing problems in the development process is to the regional ecological pressures continue to increase and the level of ecological security of the status quo is still in the \(4) for a comprehensive evaluation of the results, the proposed countermeasures to protect the ecological safety of the Bao'an District. Active in the area of ??urban ecological construction; implementation of ecological restoration, establishment of regional ecological security monitoring and early warning systems; Bao'an District, ecological security pattern construction; raise people's awareness of ecological security; international exchanges and cooperation to carry out ecological security.
