Abstract

Objective: To provide anatomical basis for the look directly minimally invasive percutaneous pedicle screw fixation techniques based on analysis of the feasibility and advantages of the percutaneous pedicle screws . Methods: the bodies of six preservative treated by latex perfusion . Anatomical observation, chest 11, 12 - L5 spinal posterior structure under a dissecting microscope observation of muscle blood supply , nerve and facet , the dorsal spinal intertransverse strike and distribution law . And selected on the basis of the indications for patients under direct vision of minimally invasive pedicle screw implantation study the advantages and disadvantages of its feasibility and intraoperative and postoperative . Results: thoracolumbar dorsal spinal foraminal outside running back since the beginning of 0.5-1 .. 0mm issued by spinal nerve trunk , the external branch . Rami smaller across the transverse process roots , bypassing facet outer edge , the bone fiber tube into the mastoid and vice sudden , was the tree distribution , disposable the same plane Erector medial beam , small joints spinous process, interspinous ligament . From under the Erector deep oriented , outside , The dorsal walking , disposable Erector intermediate parts and the outside parts of the coarse lateral branches along the transverse process on the edge . The posterior branch of the segmental arteries around the back and down in the top of the intervertebral foramen , running below the spinal nerve and lower vertebral facet foreign , is divided into two internal and external , disposable waist deep muscle . Associated with venous and arterial line in the transverse process formed venous plexus . Select the eight cases the indications for surgery patients , \after each index for comparison. Conclusion: Minimally invasive pedicle screw into the nail area major nutrition and dominant facet , the rear muscle blood vessels and nerve branch , using minimally invasive percutaneous implantation of the pedicle screw fixation system in the treatment of chest under direct vision lumbar fracture , is feasible and avoid injury disposable Erector dorsal spinal surgery , segmental arteriovenous and reduce the stripping of the rear of the structure of the spine , blood loss was significantly reduced , rapid postoperative recovery , complications is an easy operation and promotion of new technology .
