Abstract

In this era of economic globalization, there is a growing need for effective legal instruments to translate communication. Especially China joined the World Trade Organization, the translation of business contracts on promoting Chinese products sold in foreign markets, and expand overseas markets, to ensure the stability of the Chinese economy has had a significant impact. However, in China due to lack of professional business contract interpreters, translation of business contracts unsatisfactory. Some contracts translate even cause a dispute the contracting parties, a contradiction, so the problem should be resolved through negotiations. Therefore, I chose as my translation of business contracts thesis objects. In order to find a suitable business contract translation strategies, this article from memetics Analysis of this new perspective to the English translation of fixed term business contracts. In addition, the paper also hoping to make interpreters recognize appropriate expression, and good discourse structure in the importance of the translation business contracts. According to the definition of memes: memes are those that can be copied from one mind to another human mind information. We can see that business contracts can also be viewed or meme meme complex.
