Abstract


It’s a fact that the phenomenon of "San Chao" is commonplace in the pile foundation project, we need to further study how to effectively control its cost.As a branch of engineering project, and pile foundation project not only lacks the independent ration, but also has no proper measures to administrate the cost of construction. meanwhile, researches on the supervision and management of the pile foundation project are rather few, not to say the references. It’s believed that engineering cost is vulnerable to various factors, which should be lucubrated. Only through the deep analysis of those factors, concluding the relationship between factors and cost, shall we catch up with the improving arrangement and take charge of the cost.Then this paper will appear rather more meaningful.This paper firstly scans large amount of references, analyses the engineering technology and characteristics of its cost, and concluds some factors which affect the cost and investigates them in some ways of qualitative categorization. Next it analyses the influences of artificial material price changes on the cost as well as the patterns of valuation,meanwhile it also investigate some realistic projects and compares differences between budget cost and settlement cost。This thesis also gathers much information of the labor and material price in recent years from many cities, such as Nanchang, Fuzhou, Beijing and Shenzhen. According to the project ration of each area and fare standard, it analyses the changes of different management systems. Finally basing on the various factors, it puts forward some methods and control measures.Research finds that the stage which affects the cost of pile foundation can be divided into five parts, including macroscopic and microcosmic factor, Although these two kinds of materials reinforcement and concrete take large proportion of cost, they are not easy to cause its breakthrough, while the changes of artificial price, design modification and the happen of visa will be more easily to do that. Different management systems will bring changes in the cost, but not seriously, regional differences still lies in the cost of different artificial material price, the cost of foundation project is lower which is in the fabrication cost mode by project quantity bill than in the ration mode. The bill of quantity is better than the ration.
