Abstract


Inheritance Law by the statutory succession , intestate succession and inheritance processing form . Including the handling of the estate involved in some of the procedural provisions of split heritage . In this paper , through the world's major law the Department of national laws and our law the heir range and order and on behalf of bits inheritance , special stay copies and trust wills , bequests and inheritance procedures provisions compare to put forward their own on the perfect law of inheritance in some superficial insights . Comparing the inherit the provisions of the principal legal systems of countries in the world with our laws on the the heirs range , statutory succession order and subrogation , the analysis of the problems that exist in our heir to the scope of the order and subrogation inheritance . The third part is Forced Heirship and trust wills . Details the principal legal systems of countries in the world with our laws Forced Heirship the provisions of the Trust Wills system , by comparing to point out the merits of the national legislation and our legislation needs to be the perfect place . The fourth part of the bequest and inheritance procedures . First introduced the common law and civil law countries and regions bequest and inheritance procedures provisions , then the introduction of the provisions of the law on the two systems , and finally , by comparison , pointed out the existing problems of our country in the bequest and inheritance procedures . The fifth part is perfect views .
