Abstract


From the computer graphics display principle , design and complete simulation processing system for checking the accuracy of NC code , the system dynamic simulation milling process , instead of the traditional means of trial cut , the main contents include: 1 . NC code interpreter . Production of interpreter parser using YACC tools , the NC code interpreter editing , debugging NC code , and code information into the simulation data . 2 . Based on the the Dexel model simulation processing . This article using the most commonly used method for boundary representation of ( triangular face said Act ) geometric description of the the simulation object tool with rough ; in geometric description on the basis of , the generated simulation object Dexel structure ; based on the well-known Bresenham straight line scan algorithm will toolpaths discrete into a series knife sites , each knife sites Boolean operations between the structure of the tool and the blank Dexel ; using the RGB color model the tone image display for testing serious processing program error . 3 . For instance . As the same NC code simulation processing instance , compare this system with SolidCAM software simulation module processing results are strong indicators of the simulation system in the processing efficiency , Dexel discrete accuracy and simulation results among the best starting point .
