Abstract


With the deepening of the international exchange and understanding of the people in the protection and utilization of the industrial architectural heritage , but also compared to the past has been greatly improved ; gradually became aware of the implication of the unique value of the industrial architectural heritage , and the significance of the urban development . Changchun many valuable but as one of the bases of the Northeast Heavy industrial enterprises faced demolition dilemma . This paper start from the understanding and analysis of the course of development at home and abroad , as the basis of experience to provide a reference for the industrial development of the architectural heritage of Jilin Diesel Engine Factory . Summarizing the protection and utilization of the principles put forward guiding principles . The survey analysis Changchun Industrial Heritage status quo , spreading a large environment for the development of the industrial architectural heritage of Jilin Diesel Engine Factory . Research the history of the diesel engine plant in Jilin , status , location , and their respective spatial form ; summarize the value of the factory industrial buildings with the development of the role played by the government in the proposed factory . Through the analysis of the factory building , the proposed strategy for factory industrial architectural heritage protection and utilization . First, the plant construction division protection level ; depth analysis on this basis , the characteristics of the site . Use of the texture of the original green formation venue Cross shaft line network ; venue construction and various types of equipment and facilities as a base , to a combination of points , lines and planes , propose different protection strategies ; proceed from reality , targeted protection transformation of the factory building and the environment. Secondly, the level of technology applications , put forward a series of strategies .
