Abstract


Excellence in logistics management can effectively reduce the cost of doing business , to better meet customers' needs , not relying solely on the manufacturing capacity to achieve sustained competitive advantage in the modern competitive environment , it has become a new way for enterprises to gain an advantage . This paper argues that the enterprise in order to gain competitive advantage through efficient logistics system , you must have accurate measure of logistics performance evaluation system . Enterprise logistics performance evaluation system is an important part of enterprise logistics management , it can help companies tap deep logistics capability , which enables companies to improve the logistics system , improve logistics capabilities . In this paper, on the basis of the analysis of the logistics and the theory of enterprise logistics system , as well as domestic and foreign performance evaluation theory research , explore the Appraisal and the development trend of logistics systems for enterprise performance evaluation ; selected order production enterprises representative enterprise groups as a research object , the orders production enterprise of production and logistics system characteristics ; using enterprise performance evaluation theory , combined with the characteristics of the orders production enterprise logistics system , the analysis and interpretation of such enterprises performance evaluation elements ; binding assays conclusions learn from the implementation of the supply chain reference model description of the supply chain process , the establishment of the same enterprise logistics system processes , build to order manufacturing enterprise logistics performance evaluation index system , and to design a questionnaire to amend the preliminary design of the index system ; analysis and comparison system evaluation method used for the current lack of comprehensive evaluation study , the introduction of data envelopment analysis to establish evaluation model ; Finally, select a representative enterprise case study , given the economic analysis based on evaluation results and recommendations for improvement , the mathematical model is transformed into enterprise production and management strategies , and to lay the foundation for the promotion and application of the index system . Research findings have resulted in corporate logistics functional support activities to develop a strategic activities , and to provide a scientific management methods , in order to look the specific operations of the enterprise for the order of production -oriented enterprises and even the performance evaluation of the various types of production enterprises , the management process provide a reference .
