Abstract


The 21st century, along with the acceleration of the process of the globalization of the world economy and China's urban regionalization, cluster-style space in big cities a broader geographical scope of the rapid expansion of urban area. How to guide the rational and orderly growth of metropolitan clusters space, related to the future for a long period of time, the cluster style big cities ecological and environmental protection, land intensive use of resources, and urban and rural development. Regionalization of the development of big cities in China, with the spread of low-density suburbanization cities of Western countries, there are significant differences. Chinese cities due to the constraints of the land resources, ecological environment and motorized level, compactness significantly higher than in the western city, a considerable portion of space to grow large cities outlying areas relying on transport corridors, forming clusters like group extension morphology, pattern and morphology of the spatial structure of the clusters on the scale of the metropolitan areas in major cities with the typical sense. Therefore, study the growth of China's large cities cluster space and transport corridors and optimization mode, has a very important significance. In this paper, based on the review and synthesis of the large number of domestic and international basic theory and research, that the relationship between the performance of transport corridors and urban space to grow in strategic urban planning and construction, control and implementation level, the individual level and single disciplinary research can not solve the real problem. Firstly, from the macro, meso and micro levels, respectively, the major cities of Cluster spatial structure, cluster-style big city Metro contact group and cluster-style big city corridor of land use and transport corridors between the relationship between system analysis and case analysis, and mechanism of action as to establish a theoretical basis for future major cities cluster space to grow and transport corridors and optimization mode. This article summarizes the common mode type of transport corridors metropolitan cluster space to grow, build-depth analysis on the optimization mode of transport corridors in the metropolitan cluster space to grow. Before the model is built, we start with the macro, meso and micro levels affecting major factor in changing the future mode of transport corridors to explore. After the model is, but also discussed the selection criteria of the optimal mode of transport corridors. Subsequently, in draw the transport corridors mode relatively optimized based on the transport corridor oriented metropolitan cluster space to grow optimization mode, and the largest city cluster space ideal structure model. Finally, on the basis of the above analysis, the study, from the macro, meso and micro levels proposed control countermeasures metropolitan cluster space to grow, and the subject of case study in Wuhan Metro Group. The purpose of this study is to provide a theoretical basis and practical guidance on the growth of our metropolitan clusters space for the development of transport corridors, also expected to provide a reference for the development of other large and medium-sized cities.
