Abstract


With the deepening of the reform of the management system of the project of construction enterprises in China , the construction of production methods and organizational structure has undergone profound changes in the level of project management to become the first element of restricting the survival and development of enterprises . Project management as the core enterprise production and operations management mechanism has been basically formed , project manager responsibility system and project cost accounting system has become an the construction enterprises implement effective project management mechanism . From the birth of the project construction to sound project management system \a powerful expression of the advanced management knowledge . Improved construction methods and effective cost control, rational allocation of resources , the pursuit of the project profit maximization has become the only way for the survival and development of construction enterprises . Critical Control Point project management - cost management control system , method , content depth exposition of the system ; basic principle use of systems engineering point of view, from the project construction cost control , and comprehensive analysis of the composition of the project construction costs , content control methods ; corrective measures on the basis of the analysis of the reasons for the deviation of the project construction costs , and to seek ways to reduce construction costs .
