Abstract


The thesis is based on the river basin development and construction of China's western region 's economic and social rapid development and urbanization strategy research strategy as the background for the Basin of the southwest region of sustainable development , protection of the ecological environment and human settlements construction and other major issues and natural ecological protection Strategy . It is an integral part of the National Natural Science Foundation of the southwest region of watershed development and human settlement construction \The first chapter is an introduction , the text of the theoretical part , practical and theoretical background , the interpretation of the need for this study to develop the scope of the study , with a focus on the logical framework . The second chapter is a summary of the status quo background and characteristics . Systematic analysis of the ecological characteristics of the basin of the southwest region of natural resources , resource development and construction of the status quo , and basin . Stresses the southwest regional ecological environment has been facing enormous challenges . The third chapter is the analysis of part of the ecological problems , reveal the Southwest China Basin highlights the ecological problems , as well as the questions focused on a typical area , and the cause of the problem analysis, pointed out that the construction of agroforestry systems guidance and lack of control ; river conservation measures and lack bit ; watershed urban Planning lack of reasonable guidance to the root cause of their problems . Chapter and Chapter strategy .
