Objective To observe the anti - α1- adrenergic receptor antibodies ( referred to as α1- receptor antibody ) of hypertension in patients with ventricular remodeling . The method of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) to detect and record all patients ultrasound echocardiography results of 553 cases of hypertension in patients with serum anti - α1- receptor antibody . Selected patients with hypertension - related factors : gender, age, disease duration, average heart rate , blood pressure , serum anti - α1- receptor antibodies , hypertension and family history as an independent variable , and left ventricular enlargement as the dependent variable , the use of the yuan logistic regression analysis of influencing factors of hypertension in patients with left ventricular enlargement . Results of 553 cases of high blood pressure in patients with serum anti- α1- receptor antibody-positive rate was 32.3% ( 179 / 553 ) . Significantly higher than the proportion of negative antibody positive and negative groups compared to positive group, average age , disease duration, heart rate , incidence of proteinuria was significantly higher than the negative group (P lt ; 0.05) ; positive group left atrial enlargement accounted for group ( 53.6 % VS 44.3 % , respectively , P lt; 0.05 ) , left ventricular enlargement also significantly higher than the proportion of negative group ( 12.8 % vs. 6.1% , respectively , P lt; 0.01 ) . Right atrial diameter , right ventricular diameter , septal thickness , and left ventricular ejection fraction was no significant difference between the two groups ( P gt; 0.05 ) . Multivariate logistic regression were screened four risk factors : left ventricular enlargement male , disease duration, heart rate , serum anti- α1- receptor antibody (P are lt ; 0.05) . Conclusions The anti- the α1 receptor antibody with high blood pressure in patients with left ventricular enlargement , may be one of the important factors that lead to high blood pressure in patients with left ventricular remodeling .
