Abstract


Various colleges and universities continue to increase as the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education of the proposed introduction of the high-level personnel , especially scientific research personnel . To ensure the quality of talent introduction , and to reduce the losses caused due to improper introduction , but also provides a new reference method for the introduction of university research talent decisions , this thesis, the University intends to introduce the scientific research personnel , through the analysis of the current university talent introduction , the problems of the status quo and the current talent evaluation method , and use of gray multi-level exploratory study on the feasibility of the introduction of the ordinary university research talent , while establishing a relatively sound and reasonable introduction feasibility evaluation index system , case the introduction of the feasibility of the application of empirical research and the introduction of Shandong university personnel . The results and conclusions of this research are: 1 . Focused on building a better , reasonable university research talent introduction feasibility evaluation index system . Full and comprehensive benefits feasibility of the study from the talent suitability , university conditions three aspects of college talent introduction to evaluate the feasibility of more detailed description of the reasonable factors affecting university research talent introduction . Two expert advisory indicators created in accordance with the requirements of the Delphi method , the index system filter , and finalize a relatively reasonable university research talent introduction feasibility index system for colleges and universities to carry out scientific research personnel introduction of decision-making provides the basis of theoretical guidance .
