Abstract


In recent years, China's annual car sales rose steadily, often with a \China's auto industry after nearly 60 years of experience, has grown from a poor and white now grown to a huge industrial system. From the production of heavy trucks up to now only the advent of a wide range of automotive products, the competitiveness of the automotive industry with the rapid increase in the amount of accumulation and the formation of a qualitative leap. However, the rapid development of the automobile industry, resource and environmental problems are more clearly presented in front of us. Accelerate the consumption of resources and environmental pollution from all aspects of the intensification of all direct or indirect impact on the automotive industry, its economic benefits and social benefits caused damage, restricting the development of China's automobile industry. Cleaner Production is the world's industrial production trends, it is from the perspective of sustainable development, \to realize the economic benefits and environmental protection enterprises win the future competitiveness of the automotive industry realize the only way. The general idea of ??this paper is to explain China's automobile industry, the need for the implementation of cleaner production, and then analyze specific issues, conflict resolution, and propose effective countermeasures. Chapters article explains the meaning and purpose of the theory, analyzes the current status of academic research, obtained the competitiveness of the automotive industry and cleaner production is not a good combination of the conclusions of the research done for the following foreshadowing. Chapter III analyzes from three different angles Chinese auto industry to implement cleaner production necessity, come to help promote clean production to enhance the competitiveness of China's automobile industry conclusions. Chapter IV anchored in the life cycle of cars, will be divided into the production process, use the process and scrap recycling process in three stages, and each stage selected from the current situation at home and abroad a contrast seen from the comparison of problems in the automotive industry, and then analyzes the causes of the problem. Chapter focusing on the last chapter concludes made wealthy global countermeasures, respectively, from the technical, policy, brand three aspects to identify solutions to problems and improve the competitiveness of China's automobile industry. This paper uses the method of qualitative analysis to analyze China's automobile industry, the theory of fully developed, avoiding the quantitative analysis of the data arising from bias. In addition, this method combines the charts with numerical and graphical display of visual phenomena and problems, combined with the comparative analysis, content analysis methods such as anatomy. This paper argues that, compared with developed countries, China's automotive industry there is a certain lag, should adopt cleaner production to improve the competitiveness of the automotive industry.
