Abstract


Since the seventies and eighties of the last century, the perspective of the outstanding teachers of outside concentrated in significant education acts inward shift in mental activity, there has been a large number of outstanding teachers of teaching thinking, planning, decision-making, as well as a reflection of the article. The researchers believe that: studies teachers only study how they teach is not enough, but also to study their cognitive aspects, to learn how they think. However, these studies mainly occurred in a foreign country, and perspective focused on the outstanding teachers of the primary and secondary schools, outstanding preschool teachers less mental activity. Outstanding teachers in China by the guide in overseas research, overall slower pace than in foreign countries, dedicated to the study of mental activity of outstanding teachers only a handful of people to study the excellent preschool teachers mental activity and even fewer. Based on worldwide trends as well as our outstanding preschool teachers mental activity is still less reality, the collective teaching activities as an entry point to the teaching activities carried out before, during and after the three stages for the scope of the study, a qualitative case mental activity of outstanding child care teachers reached a number that has a certain reference research. The nine areas are: teaching planning of cooperation and exchange between colleagues, kindergarten, kindergarten teaching planning, family of teachers, educational theory, teaching experience, understanding of the children, teaching philosophy, character.
