Abstract


Since the reform and opening up, accelerate the development of modern industry the pace of human civilization, but also to promote the process of urbanization, a growing number of human settlements in the city. Contemporary China is in the \If you follow the West 150 years of urban development laws, namely urbanization average every 20 - 25 years, the standard is expected to double in the next 20 years or so, China's urbanization level will be close to 65% - 70% . Upcoming Chinese urban society, tells us in 20 years, China will have a 5-7 one hundred million agricultural population into urban population, which is the largest in human history, the social and geographical change is one of China's major changes in the social structure is inevitable in the process of China's modernization. According to the Ministry of Agriculture to rough statistics, China has 90 million annually migrant workers in cities. The past two years, the actual migrant farmers has more than 100 million people. In Anhui, every year a large number of rural migrant workers. Out from the overall increase in the rural population of the rural per capita cash income per household, \It was a massive outflow of rural labor force in the background, the education of migrant children is growing concern of the community, especially the education of rural children left behind. Solve the problem of left-behind children's education has important practical and long-term significance. The education of rural children left behind need to solve is not a good family alone, it needs the whole society to participate in and support. On this basis, the author proposed to build rural children left behind education safeguard mechanism, combined from the family, government, schools, community together for the children left behind in rural areas and development to create a good learning environment, ensuring the healthy growth of children left behind in rural areas. Papers normative analysis and empirical analysis using the combination of questionnaires and interviews with the method of combining cases from rural children left behind, non-rural left-behind children, children left behind by parents, guardians and other aspects of comparative analysis, targeted research China's rural Children Left Behind education status quo.
