Abstract


In recent years, with the development of the social economy, the total number of automobiles and the kilometers of expressways in China were increased rapidly. And in the following years, with the funding for national basic traffic contractions are being in place, expressway s and roads in rural area will keep increasing. Because of the limitation of the closed road, unlike driving on normal roads, one cannot changes the courses and borrows the roads optionally so that the traffic problem such as traffic jam, traffic congestion become more and more seriously during the process of the traffic accident scene investigation and disposal. The traditional traffic accident investigation mode can not deal with the increasing traffic accident and can not meet the requirement of the efficiency traffic of the drivers. So it has great realistic meanings to study the technical features of traffic accident investigation and provide timely, scientific, effective supports for traffic accident investigation by using computer technology.As one of an important link in the procedure of traffic accident, The Traffic Accident Scene Investigation requires investigating the traffic accident scene by law, in time, carefully and objectively so that accurate, just and objective data can be delivered to each links of the procedure of traffic accident disposal.The author put a set of AutoCAD based on road traffic accident site chart drawing software applications in practical work, based on the analysis of practical application of the drawing software, finds out the advantages and disadvantages, Study how to use the VBA language improvement and optimization, and combining the photogrammetric technology, database technology, integrated design into expressway traffic accident site exploration system. And briefly introduced the function of the system, interface and method of use. Hope that through the system of traffic accident fast prospecting measurement, fast drawing, rapid vacating scene and quick persuation resume normal traffic order purpose.
