Abstract


The device is the material basis of production , equipment maintenance is the basis of sustainable production . The function and role of the equipment along with the equipment to large-scale , high-speed , complexity of structure and mechatronics growing , high-quality , fast and timely maintenance of the urgent need for equipment maintenance , maintenance spare parts lies quality aggregate supply speed . To this end , this paper presents the equipment collaborative maintenance spare parts the collaborative procurement mode , device users and equipment manufacturers , suppliers of spare parts on the market , sharing of information through the network , spare parts suppliers preferred to achieve the procurement of spare parts business collaboration . This paper reads as follows: First , expounded the significance of the procurement of spare parts management , description and analysis of the domestic and foreign procurement of spare parts management theory and Research . Secondly, the procurement of spare parts under the traditional procurement model exist some problems , discusses the game between the enterprises and their suppliers , combined with the idea of supply chain management , collaborative procurement mode of spare parts for equipment maintenance , and spare parts traditional procurement model demonstrated the advantages of collaborative procurement model . Again , based on the equipment collaborative maintenance mode , maintenance of spare parts for the collaborative procurement objectives , analysis of the conditions for its implementation , and the establishment of a multi-party equipment collaborative maintenance spare parts for the collaborative procurement model . Finally , the analysis of maintenance a realization basis together with spare parts procurement , restructuring the internal organizational structure of the party to participate in the collaborative procurement model , spares collaborative procurement process models , and propose comprehensive evaluation method to select suppliers of spare parts .
