Abstract


This article first enterprise innovation theory and core competitiveness research status review , elaborated on the basis of the concepts and principles of innovation and integrated innovation carried out a detailed analysis of the concept of core competitiveness of enterprises , the nature and composition of the elements of a detailed analysis , discusses facing the dual challenges of industrialization and information technology manufacturing necessity of implementation of enterprise innovation . Fu Huang Group's development on the difficulties faced by a detailed analysis, the group that caused rich imperial predicament main reasons Chongqing serious excess cement production , market competition , backward technology and equipment , and enterprise knowledge management concepts and methods suited to economic requirements of the times . In short, the rich imperial Group should focus on markets, customers , changes in the competitive environment for enterprises to innovate and improve their core competitiveness and maintain competition in the market in the long-term advantages .
