Abstract

Ecological and social conflicts facing humanity continues to accelerate, the sustainable development of eco-economic system gradually attracted the attention of the world, and become one of the hot issues of the research. China has a vast territory, the natural conditions are very different, the socio-economic development is extremely uneven, so take the area of ??ecological and economic construction of parallel road of sustainable development is China's own needs and the inevitable choice. Wuqi County is located in the northwest of Yan'an area, county gully clouds, the land crushing, as well as long-term deforestation, overgrazing led to deteriorating ecological environment, severely restricted the local socio-economic development. Since 1998, Qi County to respond positively to the great call of the CPC Central Committee issued a \In recent years, large-scale oil exploration has led to the development of the local economy, and at the same time, also caused serious pollution on the ecological environment. Therefore, the study has important practical significance to the sustainable development of the ecological economic system. Wuqi County as the research object, using the ecological footprint model, energy analysis theory and the ecological footprint model based on value analysis, quantitative analysis, and evaluation of the sustainability of the development of ecological economic system of Wuqi County since 1995. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) the evaluation of the ecological footprint model results indicate that Wuqi County's per capita ecological footprint since 1995, showing a trend of rapid growth in 2006 than in 1995, an increase of 2.9744hm ~ 2, an average annual growth of 0.2540hm ~ 2 . Per capita ecological capacity showing slower growth in 2006 than in 1995, an increase of 0.8716hm ~ 2, the average annual growth 0.0792hm to 12 years, the per capita ecological footprint are higher than the per capita ecological capacity, have been expressed as ecological deficit. And the ecological deficit shows a growing trend, from 1995 0.0181hm ~~ 2 to 2006 of the 1.7747hm to 2,12 grew 1.7566hm ~ 2, the average annual growth for 0.1597hm 2. Since 1995, the local oil industry has developed rapidly, boosting the amount of electricity use, leading to substantial increase in per capita energy consumption per capita ecological footprint is showing an upward trend. Changes in per capita ecological deficit mainly depends on the change in per capita ecological footprint per capita ecological capacity to stabilize. Wuqi County's development model is through the consumption of the stock of natural resources to make up for the lack of ecological carrying capacity, energy consumption mainly by electricity; consumption of biological resources, mainly agricultural products, this over-reliance on natural resources, Wuqi County ecological deficit. Ecological deficit since 1995, the ecological economic system as a whole in a state of unsustainable development. (2) the value of the analysis the theory evaluation results show that, Wuqi County ecological economic system since the 1995 value output rate greater than 1, the output of the production process can value greater than the value of ecological and economic system is put into the can. Emergy yield ratio fluctuated between 1.5 to 2.5, higher energy yield, mainly due to the purchase of Wuqi County invested emergy (industrial auxiliary energy and renewable organic energy) lower gratuitous use of environmental resources the high emergy; ecological economic system environmental loading ratio of about 3.00, less stressful Wuqi County bear the ecological environment, further explained: Wuqi County improve economic efficiency at the same time, it was noted that the pressure of environmental protection and eco-efficiency, so that the ecological environment its affordable range; energy yield and environmental loading rate trends, ecological and economic system Sustainability Index is less than 1, and showing the non-uniform downward trend in the overall sustainable development index local resources consuming development and trend in the direction of sustainable development, the downward trend gradually to more sustainable direction. Low investment in exchange for the appearance of high-yield is not a real yield, which will ultimately lead to ecological and economic system into unsustainable state. (3) Based on Emergy analysis of the evaluation results show that the the theoretical ecological footprint model, Wuqi County ecological economic system since 1995 showed ecological deficit, indicating the development of the state is not sustainable, ecological deficit per capita and per capita ecological footprint curve showing the same trends in the description of the of Wuqi County's per capita ecological deficit mainly depends on the per capita ecological footprint. The largest ecological footprint per capita arable land, and 12 years were higher than other types of biologically productive land area, indicating a strong dependence of the local residents of farmland: Second is showing a rising trend in grassland and construction land per capita ecological footprint overall : in 2005, the grass per capita ecological footprint 0.6852hm ~ 2, is 6.68 times in 2002: per capita ecological footprint of building land in 2005 from the 0.3956hm to 2: woodland ecological footprint per capita from 1995 to 2000 showing an increasing trend in 2000 reached 0.2620hm ~ 2, after dips trends, began to rise after 2003: land per capita ecological footprint of fossil fuels is showing an increasing trend from 1995 0.00004hm ~~ rose to from 2005 0.0712hm to; waters per capita ecological footprint, smaller changes between 0.0044 ~ 0.0119hm ~ 2 weak dependence Wuqi County waters. Wuqi County from 1995 to 2006, the per capita ecological deficit close to the per capita ecological footprint per capita ecological carrying capacity was less affected. But to compare the consumption of biological resources and energy resources consumption per capita ecological footprint is mainly affected by the impact of the consumption of biological resources. Per capita ecological footprint is a strong negative correlation with rainfall does not have a strong negative correlation with the population. Wuqi County since 1995 showed ecological deficit Wuqi County economic development is unsustainable. (4) The comparative analysis of the three evaluation methods used Wuqi County ecological deficit since 1995. But based on emergy analysis theory of ecological footprint model ecological deficit greater fluctuation, which does not match with the actual situation, the method can not be a true reflection of the local sustainable development. The ecological footprint model emergy analysis theory comparison, the ecological footprint model focuses on research human demand for ecological environment, fully reflects the quality of human life and natural resources information, contact the Sustainable Development more close more suitable measure of sustainable development, and has a good application prospect, is the best of the three methods. However, the ecological footprint model such as the model is too idealistic and can not accurately reflect the carrying capacity of the ecosystem, need further improvement.
