Endometriosis patients , including sex hormone receptors in ectopic and eutopic endometrial tissue expression

Abstract


Objective To detect ectopic endometrial tissue estrogen receptor ( OF SHANDONG UNIVERSITY ER ) , progesterone receptor (progestrogen receptor PR) and the ER / PR in ectopic endometrium of patients with endometriosis (endometriosis, EMS) and eutopic endometrial expression , and to explore the role in both endometriosis development . Immunohistochemical PV-9000 were used to detect the expression of ER and PR : research group : 84 cases of EMS ectopic endometrium and 44 cases of eutopic endometrium ; control group : 32 cases of uterine fibroids normal endometrium . Results ectopic endometrial tissue ER , PR expression and ER / PR ratio was significantly lower than that in normal endometrium and eutopic endometrial tissue , the differences were statistically significant ( P <0.01 , P < 0.05 ) ; rather reign endometrial tissue ER , PR , ER / PR expression was significantly higher than the normal endometrial tissue , differences also were significant (P <0.05) Conclusion ER, PR, ER / PR in ectopic endometrium and endometrial ectopic eutopic endometrium in abnormal expression may be related to the occurrence and development of endometriosis .
