Objective To observe the effect of clopidogrel neutrophils in asthmatic mice platelet surface antigen P- selectin , CD40L expression and lavage fluid . Methods Female BALB / c mice 30 were randomly divided into three groups , normal control group , asthma model group , clopidogrel intervention group ; platelet membrane P-selectin and CD40L -positive rate of change was measured by flow cytometry , and corresponding changes observed pathological learning and alveolar lavage cytology . Results of the normal control group , asthma model group and the intervention group , P- selectin expression positive rate ( 1.23 ± 1.02 ) % and ( 4.52 ± 1.45 ) % and ( 1.42 ± 1.12 ) % , asthma model group P-selectin increased the normal control group , a significant difference ( P lt; 0.05 ) ; the clopidogrel intervention group than in the asthma model group decreased significantly , there is a significant difference ( P lt; 0.05 ) ; normal control group , asthma model group and the intervention group coagulation enzyme induction of P-selectin values ??were ( 45.12 ± 4.03) % , ( 44.68 ± 5.34) % , ( 44.23 ± 5.42 )% , no difference among sex ( P gt ; 0.05) ; normal control group , asthma model group and the intervention group CD40L expression positive rate ( 2.43 ± 1.22 ) % ( 5.63 ± 1.52 . ) % , ( 2.24 ± 1.33 ) % , increased asthma model group CD40L than the normal control group and the intervention group , the difference there is significant with differences sexual CD40L values ??in the normal control group , the thrombin-induced asthma model group and the intervention group (P lt; 0.05); the clopidogrel intervention group than in the asthma model group decreased significantly , there are significant differences ( P lt; 0.05 ) ; were ( 22.45 ± 3.98)%, (23.18 ± 4.04)%, (23.23 ± 3.51)%, among no differences in sex ( P gt ; 0.05 ) ; lavage fluid of normal control group , asthma model group and the intervention group neutral granulocytes share ratios ( 6.64 ± 1.86 ) % , ( 25.60 ± 2.66 ) % and ( 7.23 ± 2.02 ) % , asthma model group than in the control group and the intervention group increased , there is a significant difference in sex ( P lt ; 0.05) ; the clopidogrel intervention group than in the asthma model group decreased significantly , there are significant differences in sex ( P lt ; 0.05) . Mouse P- selectin and CD40L expression showed a significant positive correlation (r = 0.553, P lt; 0.01). Conclusion bronchial asthmatic mice platelet activation , CD40L can also be used as indicators of platelet activation , clopidogrel can reduce the inflammatory response in bronchial asthma , ADP may asthmatic mice platelet activation important factors .
