Abstract

The purpose of SM (radix salviae miltiorrhizae) fat-soluble tanshinone Ⅱ A (tanshinone Ⅱ A) of the protective effect of the vascular endothelial cells in patients with unstable angina. Active monomers for further screening Salvia has a protective effect of vascular endothelial cells to lay the basis of the theory test. Methods 100 patients with unstable angina patients, divided into experimental and control groups, 50 patients. 2 groups of patients using the conventional treatment of angina pectoris, plus with tanshinone II A test group of patients based on blood samples taken before and after treatment, respectively test plasma nitric oxide (Nitric oxide NO), endothelin -1 (Endothelin-1, ET -1), von Willebrand factor (Von villebrand Factor in vWF) biochemical markers. Results after treatment compared with the control group, plasma NO was significantly higher (76.58 ± 16.12 vs 61.52 ± 15.61), with a significant statistical significance (P <0.01), and ET-1 and vWF showed opposite results, the test group ET-1 and vWF with the control group compared to significantly lower (48.46 ± 8.75 vs 50.83 ± 10.31,125.65 ± 17.58 vs 147.24 ± 16.63), the difference was significant statistically significant (P <0.01), ET-1 decline is particularly evident . Tanshinone Ⅱ A protective effect of vascular endothelial cells. At the same time, the control group before and after basic treatment plasma NO, ET-1, vWF level also significant differences in plasma NO content after treatment was significantly higher (61.52 ± 15.61 vs 52.36 ± 13.24), the difference was significant statistical significance (P <0.01 ), ET-1 and vWF than before treatment decreased (48.46 ± 8.75 vs 72.36 ± 9.63,147.24 ± 16.63vs 176.51 ± 17.62), the difference was significant statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusions associated with vascular endothelial cell damage in patients with unstable angina, closely related to the extent of its course and outcome of vascular endothelial cell injury, this study shows Tanshinone Ⅱ A in patients with unstable angina can increase plasma NO content, at the same time can reduce plasma ET -1 and vWF content, has a good protective effect of vascular endothelial cells. Tanshinone Ⅱ A strong reduction of the role of ET-1 secretion and release expected from the screening out of their antagonists. Treatment group before and after treatment, the levels of plasma NO, ET-1, vWF content changes also shows that our current use of antiplatelet, anticoagulant, lipid, β-blockers, and 5 - isosorbide mononitrate drugs The application of basic treatment also has a good function of vascular endothelial cells.
