Abstract


Objective: To study the impact of acupuncture on morphine withdrawal anxiety in mice after central 5-HT content in its 1A receptor level. In order to explore acupuncture anti-morphine withdrawal anxiety central 5-HT 1A receptor mechanism of acupuncture for clinical relapse scientific experimental basis in the prevention and treatment of drug addiction withdrawal. METHODS: Kunming mice as experimental subjects, to establish morphine withdrawal mice, morphine withdrawal mice were randomly divided into model group and EA group. OD value and the gray value of the 5-HT in the amygdala and hippocampus in each group compared yet to see a significant difference (P> 0.05). EA group and the model group compared EA group amygdala, raphe nuclei and prefrontal cortex yuan 5-HT 1A receptor OD value was significantly higher gray value significantly lower a significant difference (P <0.01, P <0.05); compared with the control group, no significant difference (P> 0.05). Groups hippocampal neurons 5-HT ( (1A) receptor OD values ??and gray values ??showed no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusions: 1, EA has anti- effect of morphine withdrawal anxiety; acupuncture anti morphine withdrawal anxiety effect may be related to the inhibition in the raphe nuclei 5-HT neurons in the release of 5-HT-related; 3, EA anti-morphine withdrawal anxiety effects may improve in the seam Nuclear, amygdala and prefrontal cortex 5-HT 1A receptor levels.
