Abstract


As one of the world's most important political powers, Russia since 1991 there have been many political changes, and put forward a lot of political science research of new questions. From the general meaning understanding, Russia's transition from a highly centralized planned economy and a party system, to modern market economy and democratic legal system transformation. The process is not over. The domestic and foreign scholars research continues. The Russian political system evolved into the hot issues in the study of political science. Based on drawing lessons from domestic and foreign scholars on the basis of the previous research, the use of comparative political system theory and framework to Russia's federal system, Russian President system, Russia's federal parliament system, Russia's political party system as the breakthrough point, since the 1990 s the Russian political system evolution of the background, process, characteristics and trend analysis, analysis of the yeltsin years period and vladimir putin of Russia's political system and the continuity of different characteristics, and based on this, looking medvedev period of the political situation.
