Abstract


In recent years, our country's higher education has been rapid development, education laws, regulations and policies introduced gradually, perfect, education reform unceasingly thorough, in the new situation of higher education, the development of the socialist market economic system, the establishment of the law, administration according to law, the development of the school and students has brought profound changes of the relationship between, impact the traditional college students management concept and management mode of the student management system. College students management system reform, it shall establish a complete high school student management laws and regulations system, adhere to the students for this not to manage power as the center, improving students' rights relief system and procedures, improve the legal consciousness of management, so as to realize the legalization of student management work. This paper from the analysis of the current high school students and the legal relationship between higher school student management analysis of the historical evolution, current situation of student management legalization, the student management problems and cause analysis, and points out that the higher school student management the necessity of rule by law. Finally, this paper discusses the high school student management countermeasures of rule by law practice.
