Abstract


The work of this paper comes from the project“electromagnetic displacement sensor integrated design system”. Put forward the“integrated design system”to solve the problem of low synergic ability, long period and low efficiency of the traditional displacement sensor design. Using the hetergeneous techniques integrate the mechanism design module, momentum analysis module, thermodynamics analysis module, electromagnetism analysis module, tolerance analysis and optimize design to help the user worked out displacement sensor design high efficiency.This paper expatiated how to implement the“integrated design system”based on the Ansys software and how to solve the problem. Using the ANSYS development technology complete the“integrated design system”which can help user achieve parameterized model create, structure analysis, outcomes collect and manage voluntarily. The structure analysis module and other module has been integrated to realize the date transfer.
