Abstract


PKI (Public Key Infrastructure), public key infrastructure , based on public key technology to implement and provide security services on the basis of a universal infrastructure . PKI technology , the main purpose is to manage the use of public key and digital signature in the open Internet environment , which is an organization or group to establish a relatively secure and trusted network environment . PKI system to verify the identity of the user entities need to download the certificate chain , then the use of digital signature and public key cryptography algorithm to prove the certificate chain to find the user entity 's public key , and thus prove the identity of the user entity . Low efficiency of public key cryptography algorithm , lead to the proof certificate chain long time , affecting the development of PKI technology . Detailed analysis nested certificate - based PKI system ( the Nested PKI ) , pointed out the advantages and disadvantages of NPKI the big drawback for the number of certificates issued by the NPKI need Edition , proposed an improved based on nested certificate PKI system ( Improved NPKI), by an illustration certification principle INPKI to and analysis of the safety performance and INPKI certificate revocation mechanism , comparative analysis of traditional PKI, NPKI, INPKI performance , given a based on INPKI technology demonstration system the functional module implementation process.
