Abstract


In this paper, the advanced mechatronics technology , automatic control technology , embedded microcontroller applications technology and computer intelligent vision technology , research and design of a highly automated hundred ( 1000 ) points table test system . Thesis on the measurement of test technology development process analysis and metrological verification processes and methods of metrological verification regulations , combined with the development of automated measurement techniques , hundreds ( thousands) score sheet automatic verification system design solutions. Mechanical body design and the use of sophisticated machinery technology , research microcontroller as the core of the stepper motor control circuit module design , design and development of image analysis and processing , the test process control , and verification of integrated information management software for one . Take a software system The hardware control combination and in line with the approach of the actual image analysis , to ensure system reliability, timeliness , accuracy is unique . Finally , integrated system testing test data analysis of the performance of the system . The tests showed that the system design is correct and feasible , technical parameters indicators have reached a dial indicator dial gauge automatic verification requirements ; system has a high degree of automation , measurement uncertainty , measurement items , full-featured , good stability many advantages, can effectively improve the hundreds ( thousands) the points table measuring accuracy and efficiency of the test .
