Abstract


In recent years, with the gradual increase of the public business dealings between the major domestic banks and enterprises , traditional print paper statement delivered by the post office and stamped bank-enterprise reconciliation model can no longer meet many enterprises , timely accounting checked requirements . In this paper, IT technology to the design and implementation of bank-enterprise electronic reconciliation system . The system through a corporate account processing , the formation of specific banks and enterprises of the bill , and send corporate customers through a variety of ways ( including e-mail , fax , short message ) , checked by enterprise customers feedback to the bank , the system automatically processed reconciliation receipt for enterprise customers , and between banks and enterprises needs to check billing . This paper studies include bank-enterprise electronic reconciliation of the overall design of the system , the implementation of key technologies and system usage , etc. , and focus on a detailed description of the technical realization of the e-mail, fax, short message . Result of this paper is to promote the further expansion of the domestic banking customer contact channels and related IT technology application , certain theoretical significance and practical value .
