Abstract


Traditional large-format scanner data collection system directly connected with the PC by USB interfaceand. Tthis model limits the CCD controller collection rate and reduced the scanner data transmission efficiency. In the multi-CCD data collection of the dual embedded control system, use dual Ethernet Interface in the middle controller, implementat the high-speed data transmission.The thesis whose research object is dual Ethernet ports for network communication, introduced how to design network communication with TCP/IP protocol in VxWorks, VxWorks integrated development environment, TCP / IP protocol, socket programming and other basic knowledge. Detail depicted how to achieve Dual Ethernet communications in VxWorks. Through the revision of BSP, transplantation network device driver, generated the needs of VxWorks image files. Through the network transmission speed tested, and improve the application, make the transmission speed of dual Ethernet reach the needs of the project.Achieved the Dual Ethernet communications, can effectively raise the large format scanner transmission system capability.
