Abstract


Remote consultation is the most important part of telemedicine , its function is to participate in the consultation of experts to interact discussion of the patient 's medical images and the results of a preliminary diagnosis , its purpose is to provide a reference to the remote doctor to help remote doctors arrive at a correct diagnostic results ; while patients can also be obtained through the system direct diagnosis of remote experts . Film-reading system based on P2P remote real-time video transmission , transfer pictures medical microscope crawl . The remote film-reading system to solve the most critical part is how pathological picture of the real-time audio stream and lossless transmission on the Internet . Interaction requirements for the audio to be clear, there is no delay ; For image transmission requirements as far as possible without distortion .
