Abstract

The purpose of this article is the impact of industrial design performance through empirical research team knowledge sharing. In this paper, on the basis of the literature and the mature scale aggregate and organize various indicators. The conclusions of this study are: team knowledge sharing on the three dimensions of the performance of industrial design, industrial design, industrial design modeling level has a significant positive effect, but a positive influence on the overall performance of the industrial design to be higher than the three dimensions . He explains the higher the level of team knowledge sharing, the more it can improve the performance level of industrial design, on the other hand, the knowledge shared by the various dimensions of the positive effects on the performance of industrial design, significantly improved the performance of the overall design to achieve a good synergies. The innovation of this paper is mainly two things: First, the development objective measure of the scale of the performance of industrial design, to provide meaningful guidance for the enterprise comprehensive scientific evaluation of industrial design performance; Secondly, team knowledge sharing cut point, to build an empirical model of the impact of team knowledge sharing on the performance of industrial design, and provides a new approach to the study of the theory and the field of industrial design for the knowledge-sharing.
