Abstract


Based on industry characteristics and trends of the civil aviation industry , through research and analysis on the management of the airline flight training , Jilin branch of China Southern Airlines pilot training evaluation index system design . In the design , according to the characteristics of the civil aviation pilot flight training , combined with specific regulatory requirements of the Civil Aviation Administration of flight training , the actual situation of the work from the the Southern Jilin Branch pilot training management and evaluation system of the pilot training indicators divided into three parts , that the co-pilot training evaluation index system , the captain training evaluation index system , flight instructor training evaluation index system , and using the analytic hierarchy process and excellent sequence comparison method to determine the evaluation index weight . , For an overall evaluation of the comprehensive evaluation method of flight training in the application . Three parts according to the pilot 's flight technical standards independent of flight training make evaluations can also be combined together to make a comprehensive evaluation of a pilot's flight training situation .
