Abstract


In the era of knowledge economy , human resources as the primary resource , enterprise more and more important , it is related to the future development of enterprises , corporate strategic objectives . Human resource planning as the basic work of the Human Resources Management , the Order of the interface between the corporate strategy and human resources management is much more important . \the staff to deal with the enterprises are facing fierce competition in the market with the domestic and international oil companies . This paper first described theoretically on the concept of human resources planning and content , on the basis of a careful analysis of Huabei Oilfield in recent years, the basic condition of human resources , combined with the characteristics of human resources management , looking for the problem of its human resources . Contact Huabei Oilfield , the use of the scientific method and the model prediction and analysis of Huabei Oilfield in the next few years the demand for human resources and brain drain situation , draw Huabei Oilfield need to add in the next few years , the total amount of human resources and types of employees the total , followed by the combination of corporate strategic goals and human resources, the status quo analysis results for specific business planning of Huabei Oilfield human resources , and put forward a series of safeguards planning and implementation of human resources . This paper attempts to Huabei Oilfield related to fundamental issues of human resources planning , and draw some useful enlightenment of the enterprise , which will help the company to face the fierce competition , good corporate human resources from a strategic point of view the planning work , in order to enhance the the Huabei Oilfield core competitiveness , to gain a competitive advantage .
