Abstract


As the 21st century, competition among enterprises will gradually from a single enterprise and between enterprises into a single enterprise where the supply chain and supply chain competition. In the trend of economic globalization, enterprise survival environment has undergone tremendous changes, market complexity and uncertainty increases, the rapid development of modern information technology, increasing competition, encourage enterprises have adopted horizontal integration of supply chain management, establish its irreplaceable unique model to improve its competitiveness. So how to ensure the lowest possible cost and as fast as possible to respond to market demand, making the supply chain to become the core competitiveness of enterprises, based on location model supply chain planning is particularly important. This article is based on this demand, supply chain planning for the siting of the model in question made a new improved and the establishment of a distribution center for solving multi-level model of site selection and network layout. This article first multi-level distribution centers are defined; then gives its location and construction of the network layout model system; And this also the location where the original gravity model was modified, the original model coefficients transportation costs As an iterative process with changing variables, and not only in theory, but in the empirical proved the advantages of this model lies; final article in the empirical analysis to manufacturing industries, for example, the application of this model is multi-level distribution center location, The program with improved gravity location for its new model looking a distribution center, then combined application of mixed integer programming and CFLP method to find the various sub-regions of the two distribution centers and distribution network solutions. Another article in the process of problem solving using a variety of helper methods and tools, so that the problem solving process equally innovative and reference value. For the top distribution center location model improvements gravity location methods, the use of statistical theory and related statistical analysis aids established transportation cost coefficient equations, and through computer modeling, simulation entire operation process, making the process more operations simple and replicable. Distribution center location for the sub-level mixed integer programming model method uses the same computer modeling method to establish its mathematical programming model to seek feasible solutions.
