Abstract

Paa boulengeri (Paa boulengeri), is a large edible frogs, whose meat is delicious, high nutritional value, is widely distributed in southern China. Due to habitat destruction and indiscriminate killing of human overfishing and other reasons, resulting in Paa boulengeri dwindling wild populations. Currently Paa boulengeri confined to the mountains of farmed imitation ecological farming, do not form a scale, can not effectively meet the needs of the market. Figure out different ecological factors on reproduction of Paa boulengeri, and the use of other water sources in the plains regions Paa boulengeri artificial breeding is to solve the spine boulengeri scale farming and the protection of wild populations Paa boulengeri important part. In this thesis, Changsha, Hunan Ningxiang County Coal Nanba Paa boulengeri completed within breeding center, focuses on spine boulengeri reproductive biology and artificial breeding technology related content via spine boulengeri affecting breeding four kinds of ecological factors Control experiments conducted to summarize Paa boulengeri most suitable breeding environment; through natural breeding and artificial propagation comparison drawn Paa boulengeri appropriate reproductive strategies; another through the spine boulengeri artificial pond alterations, thus achieve large-scale farming Paa boulengeri purposes. The first section discusses four different ecological factors on reproduction and growth Paa boulengeri impact. The results show that: In the breeding season Paa boulengeri optimum temperature is 21-23 ℃; illumination factor Paa boulengeri little effect on reproduction, breeding only with natural light to; oxygen content of the water to lay eggs on the spine boulengeri fertilization rate and hatching has a significant influence, when the water oxygen level below 3, the fertilization rate and hatching rate is significantly lower than the oxygen content of the water 4 above; feeding artificial bait can significantly increase the growth rate boulengeri spine, but part of the spine boulengeri difficult to be domesticated, leading to excess mortality. Pheretima and silkworms fed spines boulengeri weight increasing rate is higher than the feeding larva Paa boulengeri group 4 experiments proved the most suitable bait bait as Pheretima and silkworm. The second part discusses the breeding season Paa boulengeri feed conversion and growth factor. The results showed that: breeding period Paa boulengeri feeding rate experienced a \decreased significantly after the feeding rate gradually. The spine boulengeri weight during the breeding period experienced a \Body length growth rate changed little during the breeding period. The third section discusses the hibernating right spine boulengeri gonadal development. The results showed that: the female gonads Paa boulengeri relationship with the larger hibernation experienced spine boulengeri hibernating females mature at spawning coefficient greater than not hibernating, but the male gonad maturation spine boulengeri coefficient and relations are not hibernating or not obvious. Experience hibernating Paa boulengeri fecundity and absolute fecundity volume than not hibernating Paa boulengeri. The fourth section discusses the artificial spawning breeding, artificial insemination and natural breeding breeding between, as well as the breeding period Paa boulengeri behavioral observations, and concluded: artificial spawning reproductive fitness scale farming Paa boulengeri; breeding Paa boulengeri Females and males at rest, jumping, turning, predation, crawling behavior occurrence frequency difference was not significant (P gt; 0.05), while the occupation, driving, fighting behavior occurrence frequency significantly different (P lt; 0.05). Part V describes the spine boulengeri artificial frog pond construction, breeding frogs during the breeding and management.
