This paper describes the storage operating system and logistics system simulation, combining logistics simulation software-Flexsim, using three-dimensions to simulate the entire process of storage operating systems, and outputting the simulation results to find out bottlenecks and finally give optimization.This paper firstly introduces the functions of storage and its role in logistics management, storage facilities and equipment and storage system processes, they lay foundations for the back of optimization. Secondly, analysis the logistics system simulation, especially analysis the composition and basic steps of the discrete event system, and recommend several common logistics system simulation soft wares. Then introduces the generation and application, functions and characteristics, composition and the basic steps of Flexsim, and then take a warehouse as an example, combining with the latest logistics simulation software-Flexsim to simulate process of warehouse operation, analysis specific operation process of the warehouse, design concept model of warehousing operations, and establish a warehouse operation process simulation model, set the main parameters of the model and run it, finally analysis simulation results of 3D model and find out the "bottleneck" therefore determine the optimization goal of the system and improvement of methods and complete optimization of the storage system by further simulating the new modal for many times.
