Abstract

The Black Feather quail a plumage color mutation we found from the DPRK Li Yu quail body black feather quail Huang Yu quail and Beijing white feather quail hybrid, the offspring separable a variety of feather color. To take full advantage of the a black feather quail feather color genetic characteristics, the development of the genetic resources of the black feather quail, this study genetics hybrid test method quail feather color genetic mechanisms were analyzed by hybridization, selfing and backcross method black feather quail purification, based on morphology, cytology, DNA molecular level, and growth and development and production performance of its germplasm characteristics. In this study, for the cultivation of a new line of black feather quail feather color, germplasm evaluation and provide a scientific basis for self-the sexing supporting lines seed. 1. Study by hybridization test black feather quail mutant genetic mechanism analysis verified. The tests showed that the control black feather trait gene h autosomal incompletely recessive allele H relative to the locus B / b on the locus and the sex chromosomes Z and Y / y with a certain degree of interaction relationship. The black feather quail with North Korea quail (Li Yu), Beijing the white feather quail and yellow feather quail genotype and phenotype relationship as follows: the the ♂ ♀ black feather hhZYBZYB hhZYBW of Li Yu HHZYBZYB HHZYBW yellow feather HHZyBZyB HHZyBW white feather HHZYbZYb HHZYbW2. The quail appearance black feather growth and development, production performance, reproductive performance and public quail slaughter performance observation and determination. The results show that the eggs from hatching to adulthood with the DPRK quail, Huang Yu quail, white feather quail significantly different with a black feather quail feather color, especially the hatched 1 week black feather obvious. Adult body size and plumage color pattern with the Korean quail similar feather color depth than that of the Korean quail. The black feather quail weight growth law and laying performance with Korean quail, the yellow feather quail and Beijing white feather Department of Basic. Body weight at 10 weeks of age of male and female quail were 120.62 ± 6.28g and 151.25 ± 16.36g, age at first egg was 52.6 ± 6.587d, and upon opening production weeks laying rate steady at 84.8%, the average egg weight of 11.2 ± 0.325 g, egg fertilization rate was 77.4%, the fertilized egg hatching rate was 82.8%, public quail the slaughtering rate of 93.47 ± 5.11%. Prepared by bone marrow legal system the Black Feather quail karyotype, the study found the Black Feather quail karyotype is basically the same with North Korea quail and yellow feather quail. 4. Analysis of the genetic diversity of the black feather the quail nine microsatellite loci, 46 alleles were detected, the average number of alleles was 5.111. The average PIC to 0.6204, the average heterozygosity was 0.6952, the average effective number of alleles was 3.5338, indicating that the black feather quail genetic diversity.
