Abstract


Zoonosis suis is a parasitic host erythrocyte surface , plasma and bone marrow , cause a hematocrit reduce , decrease in hemoglobin concentration , leukocytosis, anemia , jaundice , fever as the main clinical characteristics of the pathogen . Widespread concern by the countries of concern , in particular, due to its increasingly serious harm , causing heavy losses to the livestock industry in our country every year . The suis There is no more stable and unified method of diagnosis and therapy , the aim of this study is to provide some theoretical and technical support for the clinical diagnosis and treatment . Specific gene fragment of Eperythrozoon ( AJ504999 ) primer design and reaction conditions for screening , the establishment of a specific sensitivity better semi-nested PCR diagnostic method . The results show that the sequence analysis showed that this fragment Eperythrozoon with the reported sequence homology (AJ504999) reaches 100%, no homology with other pathogens . Anaplasmosis in cattle edge with the same conditions , Haemophilus parasuis , Chlamydia , Streptococcus , and Theileria annulata amplified the same fragment . Created near Lanzhou, Gansu pig blood samples were tested , the test results showed that 82.2% Eperythrozoon pylori-positive , which part of the pig as a latent infection , temporarily without clinical symptoms . Cultured in vitro method of study Eperythrozoon against the suis effective drug screening . Test in vitro culture methods commonly used in the treatment of swine red body attached to the drug as well as the laboratory has independently developed artesunate nanoemulsion pharmacodynamic vitro screening . On the part of the effective concentration of the drug action further screening to determine drug effects in worm count of red blood cells stained by microscopic examination . The results show that , acridine yellow effect in vitro hydrochloric best, when the concentration of 500μg/mL can play a a better anti suis role , followed by nanoemulsion -based laboratory developed artesunate strong mildew Su , Bernier anti suis role , other drugs had no effect .
