The study tree fine root morphology is of great significance for understanding the root structure and function , life expectancy and turnover . In this experiment, the Liaodong mountainous main timber species in Korean pine ( Pinus koraiensis ) , Japanese larch (Larix kaempferi) fine root for the study, analysis of different root orders fine root morphology parameters ( diameter , length , specific root length , etc. ) as well as soil effectiveness and fine stud order correlation , the study showed that : red pine, Japanese larch fine root diameter and length of the overall trends are increased with the increase in the order of the root , root order, a significant difference ( p lt; 0.05 ) . Root length density and specific root length on the contrary, was significantly lower ( p lt; 0.01 ) with increasing root order . Water and fertilizer coupling Level 1, 2 and 3 so that the Korean pine root diameter increased significantly ( P lt; 0.05 ) , the increase in fertilizer coupling the Japanese larch fine root diameter , but the degree of increase is less than less water and fertilization measures . Fertilizer coupling 1,2 -level decreases Korean pine fine root length , the difference was not statistically significant ( P gt ; 0.05) , a significant increase of four root length ( P lt; 0.05 ) increased 3,5 grade root length difference was not significant (P gt ; 0.05 ) , reduce the Japanese larch 1,2,5 grade root length , to increase Japanese Larch 3,4 level root length , the difference was not significant (P gt ; 0.05) . A significant increase in fertilizer coupling the Korean pine 1-5 level than root length (P lt; 0.05), lower than the increase in the degree of variability of root length , water and fertilizer coupling 1,2,4 -class roots of Japanese larch specific root length , the differences were not significant ( P lt; 0.05). Fertilizer coupling reduce Korean pine fine roots , but not significantly (P lt; 0.05), fertilizer coupling reducing the Japanese larch fine root biomass and fertilizer , less water treatment is similar .
