Paper selected planning project Taining to Jianning segment of the highway network of the economic zone on the west side of the Straits , as an object of study , to select proposed highway centerline on both sides of 10km and 300m range as the study area , in December 2006 and May 2007 , the Landsat two phases -5 TM remote sensing images covering all regions of Taining Jianning counties Pictured underlying data source , investigated by the Field survey tread , combined with professional remote sensing software , the combination of GPS, RS and GIS through supervision classification, unsupervised classification , superimposed classification , visual interpretation of four classification methods , the evaluation of the vegetation types of classification and evaluation , and statistics of each vegetation type area , analysis of the four classification results . The results show that : the four classification methods have their own advantages and disadvantages, including the overlay classification and visual interpretation of the results is the closest and the best , has the advantages of simple operation , high accuracy . Vegetation index and DN value quadrats were surveyed in the study area within 29 late supplementary verification sampling point 10 , extraction of remote sensing image analysis and plot data processing , combined vegetation types interpret the results , and to establish research more accurate estimates of vegetation biomass linear regression model , the final biomass by kriging interpolation draw highway study area vegetation biomass for 3.4802 × 107t/hm2; the average biomass as 228.7815t/hm2 . the largest biomass 300.4502t/hm2; highway is completed , permanent area of ??484.75 hm2, temporary land 176.6hm2 , engineering total area of ??661.35hm2 evaluation of biomass in the region will result in the loss of about 151304.6450t total biomass 14.3742% . The results show that : the construction projects have a certain impact on the scope of the evaluation of vegetation by late vegetation restoration and reconstruction , and to slow down the road to an area of ??vegetation produced by the evaluation area to a certain extent , so that the evaluation of the region as a whole vegetation biomass loss in can withstand the threshold within .
