Abstract


In the early of 90’s, Most of the Latin American coundies haveperformed their financial reforms, to make their finances more freedom.However, at the end of l994, The financial crisis haPpened in Mexico,and quickly extended to the other Latin countries. They suffered a hugeloses in the economy.Entering into the 2lth century with the global financial freedom willbe a trend in the developing countries as well as china. Can the financialreforms of the Latin Ainerican countries be given any impobotexPeriences to the other developing countries as well as china and TheHong Kong Region? These concems constitute the main items of thethesis.At the beginning, The paPer describes the characters of theconstitutions in productive fields and in financial field of the LatinAmerican countries, and the relationships between them.Then, The paPer analyses the causes and main contents of thefinancial reforms of the Latin American countries referring to thedefective constitutions in productive fields and in finance field, inflationand banking crisis and the main contents of the financial refOrms.Finally, The paPer emPhasizes on financial. Supervision, the timingof the financial opening, the foreign money flowing in, the privatizationof the banks and foreign exchange preservation, etc points to discuss whatthe importan exPeriences the other developing countries as well as Chinaand The HongKong Region will have from the financial reforms of theLatin American countries.
