Abstract


With the rapid growth of the economy in our country and a series of "hidden rich abound people" as the guidance of policies, residents income rise ceaselessly, the family wealth increasing, how to manage effectively the accumulated wealth,keeping the value of increasing income become most families’ big problems. At the same time, each big commercial Banks saw folk wealth reserves of strong value, are subordinate to launch financial products to occupy personal financial market, already formed, including the cash management and monetary market category, fixed income derived class, the penetration of foreign investment in the area of penetration and etc,risk and return, all kinds of levels, time limit and currency multidimensional agile collocation products system. Since the establishment of the commercial Banks in China in2004, finance business in increase among bank business income and promotion of the commercial bank structure in transition makes great contributions,especially in recent years financial management business with the extraordinary development:by the end of third season of2011, the total scale public enlisting fund2.1trillion, trust assets scale4trillion, commercial bank balance sheets financial products for3.3trillion in financial markets which is very significant. In financial management business supernormal development process, the innovation played a crucial role. Accordingly, financial management business regulation follows as well. Under the new situation, how to rational and dialectically process relation between business innovation and the financial regulation for the development of financial management business it has very articularly impact. Based on the macro background combed the recent financial business development and innovation since with financial supervision of the struggle between the dynamic game, from the micro and macro angle to our country bank financing, the innovation of the product features and problems are analyzed, and on the bast of the current business innovation financial management business innovation create suggestions for the future financial innovation.
