Abstract


The sound finance regulation system is the foundation to guarantee the safety and effective operation of national finance system. With the acceleration of globalization of world’s economy and finance, mix operation has become the development tendency of the finance industry. This paper analyses the condition and development trend about mix operation in our finance industry and puts forward methods and modes we should adopt in finance regulation following present mix operation tendency on the basis of analyzing the present condition and problems in our finance regulation and learning experience from western countries.This paper is mainly divided into four parts:The first chapter is the theory foundation of whole paper. As regards the necessity of finance regulation, different schools explain it from different angles. The main schools are: finance risk theory, public benefits theory, and regulation invalidation theory and so on. On the basis of this, this paper further analyzes the aim and basic principle of finance regulation which lays solid foundation for the continued study. The second chapter analyzes reasons and present condition of mix operation in our finance industry, putting forward proper management mode fit for the development of it. Mix operation has become the development tendency of world finance industry. After the entry to WTO, domestic finance institutions have to implement finance innovation and adopt mix operation in order to participate in international finance market and compete with foreign institutions. China’s finance regulation department has adjusted regulation policy to some extent. This deregulation promotes the development of mix operation in our finance industry. Finance holding company is the ideal mode which fits for the development of our finance industry and is helpful for the finance
