This article is a teaching case , containing the case body and case studies of two parts . Case body part realistic approach to narrative ideas and practices in training and human resources management reform YD companies in the development process . Describes how training system of work and to create a training culture through the establishment of an integrated training resources through the establishment of a system of training of operators to improve the quality of training the whole process . Case analysis using a combination of theoretical and empirical research method , by means of human resources , training , institution building theory , illustrates how institutional innovation to make the training out of the woods , the thoughts , objectives and content of the reform of the training system , evaluation system innovative effects. Focus of this case is to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the changing face of corporate training under the premise of the limited resources invested by institutional innovation .
