Abstract


This article from the 20th century, Japan's economic downturn hosting major problems of the banking system in the background to start, the relationship between banks and enterprises in Japan the most country characteristics, but also a lot of influence on the host country to make a comment and analysis of the banking system . Along with issues related to China also made roughly correspond combing , after analyzing how the Office of the banking system in our country to import , the system put forward China's implementation of the main bank system should have the conditions and prerequisites ; Bank System and Business Management regulatory issues ; hosted the inherent weaknesses of the banking system ; Bank System in China's implementation of the main problems that exist . Final statement of China's banking system should be abandoned hosted the main reason , our main contents of the new relationship between banks and building elements of our relationship between banks conditions, etc. , and put forward their own ideas and to solve some superficial responses: 1 . Adjust financial development strategy , strengthen the financial services , enterprise development to provide diversified financial support ; 2 . accelerate the pace of reform , optimize the capital structure of corporate restructuring , the formation of \investment environment, and create conditions for the bank credit investment ; 4 . using the bank 's own advantage, optimize the financial service means , encourage enterprises out of the woods ; 5 . resolve non-performing assets , the stock of active bank credit assets , build a new relationship between banks ; 6 . development of capital markets , expand direct financing channels, and so on. In this paper , the financial crisis in Southeast Asia with the establishment of the impact of China's new relationship between banks and other issues also made a superficial analysis , in order to analyze the banking system of the host can have a three-dimensional sense .
